Providing high-quality legal services for businesses and individuals for over 20 years.  Along with an active business litigation practice, Christina has assisted and managed various real estate development companies and start-up companies.   Based in Seattle, Washington, Christina worked previously at a large Northwest law firm and Seattle boutique litigation firm before starting her own practice.  No matter the size of the client, her focus is on delivering high quality legal work at cost-efficient rates.

  • Obtained temporary restraining order and asset freeze against group of defendants based on fraud and violations of Criminal Racketeering Act.

 

  • Successfully entered $18 million judgment against defendants for breach of settlement agreement based on confession of judgment.

 

  • Represented numerous start-up companies and shareholders in business and employment disputes.

  • Prosecuted claims against former employee for misappropriation of company information, theft of intellectual property, and embezzlement of funds.

 

  • Defended claims for unpaid wages brought by terminated employees.

 

  • Defended client in federal court jury trial against multiple claims for breach of commercial leases, tortious interference, alter ego and fraudulent transfer claims arising out of divestiture of US retail stores.

 

  • Represented individual employees resigning from company in response to claims for misappropriation of trade secrets and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act claims.

 

  • Prosecuted sexual harassment/retailation claims and negotiated severance agreements and settlement for wrongfully terminated employees.

 

  • Defended companies against claims for gender discrimination and retailiatory discharge in EEOC/HRC investigations.

  • Defended investor in cannabis business against Washington State Securities Act claim and successfully negotiated settlement after filing motion to dismiss claim.

  • Prosecuted Insurance Fair Conduct Act, bad faith and related claims related to denial of coverage.

  • Prosecuted claims by managing member against other members of LLC for breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation and dissolution.

  • Negotiated interim management agreement for LLC on behalf of managing member in dispute with several other members who invested in company.

  • Represented parent corporation of broker subsidiary in claim for securities fraud.

  • Defended “Jane Doe” employee against former co-worker’s attempts to reveal identity of the anonymous Amazon post disparaging former co-worker’s book under First Amendment and related laws.

 

  • Lead counsel for the entire spectrum of the litigation process, including discovery, summary judgment, pre-trial motions, depositions, mediation, trial and appeals.
